Australian fashion designer Rebecca Vallance and her financier husband David Gasan have listed their Vaucluse mansion, with the harbour-view property guided at $32 million to $35 million.
The couple purchased the two-storey home in 2018 for $4.45 million and transformed it into a multi-level Mediterranean-style estate, according to realestate.com.au.
The property now spans four levels serviced by a commercial-grade lift, with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
The master suite includes dual dressing rooms, his-and-hers marble bathrooms, and a private terrace.
All bathrooms feature underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

The home includes three kitchens and a formal dining room, along with a leisure wing containing a cinema, wine cellar, and library.
A wellness area features a gym, infrared sauna, and ice bath, while the grounds include manicured gardens, an integrated barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven, and pool.

Rebecca launched her eponymous label in 2011, debuting in Paris.
The Ballarat-born designer’s structured tailoring and refined silhouettes have been worn by celebrities and members of the royal family.

Last year, Qantas announced Rebecca would redesign its staff uniforms – the airline’s first major change in a decade. The new look is set to launch in 2027.
The property is listed with Paul Biller and Ben Torban at Biller Property, Double Bay.
