Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty has added three new faces to its Bayside team, led by senior sales appointment May Wang.
May joins with more than a decade of experience in high-end residential sales, premium off-market transactions and boutique project campaigns. Her background includes project marketing with Colliers and a recent stint at Jellis Craig Port Phillip, where she built her reputation across Melbourne’s inner city and Bayside markets.
She speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, connecting local and international buyers with the area’s property market.
Alongside her, Damien Ryan joins as Senior Property Advisor. A former professional basketball player and member of the Australian Boomers squad, Damien spent a decade playing across the NBL and Europe before moving into business development, most recently as National Relationship Manager at Diamond Sports.
He also founded HOOPSMART, a youth basketball program, and recently completed a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate at Deakin University.
Jade DeClase has been appointed Sales Associate. She joins with a background in customer service and administration and a strong connection to the Bayside area, where she is building her real estate career.
The trio join the Brighton-based team led by Andrew Campbell, Victoria Gregory and Craig Ryan.

“May’s experience and international outlook, Damien’s discipline and drive, and Jade’s energy and connection to the Bayside community all speak to the kind of people we want representing our brand in this market,” Mitch said.
Victoria and Andrew said the appointments were about finding people who understand the Bayside market.
“Bringing May, Damien and Jade into the office was about finding people who understand this market and care about doing right by clients,” they said.
“We’re looking forward to them being part of what we’re building here in Bayside.”
