Coronis has opened their 22nd office in the upcoming Bayside area on Brisbane’s south side, expanding their footprint in the Queensland market.

Managing Director Andrew Coronis said that according to CoreLogic, the area had experienced positive capital growth over the past 24 months, including Manly which recorded a 14.1% increase in 2015.
“House and unit sales in the suburbs of Manly, Wynnum, Wynnum West, Lota, Hemmant and Tingalpa are performing well therefore we saw this as an opportune time to establish an office in the area to complete our coverage of the inner-south Brisbane market,” Mr Coronis said.
“The Bayside area offers a variety of properties from affordable two bedroom units through to luxury homes with sweeping views of the bay, so it’s proving to be a very competitive market for people who need to commute to either Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
