Leading business experts presenting at the upcoming Property Management Leadership Summit in March, recently shared their top tips for leading a successful business in 2018.

“The leaders of great real estate businesses focus on people first but, when it comes to the numbers, they focus on profits, not just sales,” he said.

At this year’s Property Management Leadership Summit, John will share the key numbers he focuses on in a business, including benchmarks to strive for, and tips for leading, running and growing a great property management business.

“Principals should plan every tangible and intangible area of their business, so all elements are working towards achieving their vision and reaching the pinnacle of success,” she said.

Jo-Anne went on to say that: “Doing this requires principals to research, plan, implement and measure all areas of their business, including its culture, brand, service, reputation, team and, most importantly, their clients.”
