Belle Property Samford under new leadership

Belle Property Samford is under new leadership with highly-regarded Leigh Hutton taking ownership of the Southeast Queensland based business.

Ms Hutton, who has been working as a sales agent at Belle Property Samford since 2017, plans to build on the strong track record of the business, while finding new and innovative ways to service its loyal customer base.

“Our business is firmly focused on our customers and the community we live and work in. Samford and Dayboro are unique markets as they service a wide demographic; from established families, to downsizers and first home buyers,” Ms Hutton said.

“But what our clients have in common is their desire for superior and authentic service, which will continue to be our priority as we take this next step in our business.”

Belle Property CEO, Peter Hanscomb said Brisbane’s key lifestyle markets are a major area of focus for the boutique brand.

“We have seen exceptional growth in Brisbane and its outer suburbs at the hands of remarkable young talent,” Mr Hanscomb said.

“Leigh is a great example of the kind of leaders we’re seeing in the region. We’re thrilled to see her take this next step in her career and look forward to seeing her success and growth in a leadership role.”

After building a career as a property reporter, public relations professional and then author, Leigh transitioned to real estate in 2017. A year later, she was awarded Belle Property Australasia’s Outstanding Achievement Award for her exceptional results in her first 12 months as an agent.

“I’ve loved every step of this journey and I feel so blessed to now have the opportunity to lead our incredible team, and to continue to represent this unique brand,” Ms Hutton said.

“I was attracted to Belle Property for the same reasons I was attracted to real estate itself. I want to help people navigate their way through the stressful and emotional decision that is buying and selling property, and I want to do that with a brand that values and encourages authenticity and integrity.”

Belle Property Samford’s team will remain within the business under the leadership of Leigh, while departing Principal, Colin Hatch, will transition to a new venture within the Belle Property network.

“I am so fortunate to have had the support of Colin and our team to take on this opportunity – and the complete backing of the Belle Property brand,” Ms Hutton said.

“We are all excited about this evolution in our business and look forward to continuing to achieve exceptional results for our clients.”
