Australia’s largest sales CRM partners with digital inspection platform

With more than four million digital property inspections to their name, Little Hinges has now inked a deal with PropTech Group Australia in a move that will see them join forces to help sales agents and property managers level up their marketing.

The partnership, which allows users to easily schedule virtual inspections directly from within Vault RE and Eagle CRM, is the first step in an extensive roadmap designed to provide agents and property managers with cutting edge insights and reporting capabilities.

PropTech Group Australia Chief Commercial Officer Luke Thomas said Little Hinges was the “obvious partner” to work with.

“Over 41 per cent of sales listings are generated via our CRM platforms, and Little Hinges have seen in excess of four million buyers walk through their virtual doors in just over two years, Australia-wide,” he said.

“Our partnership marks the coming together of two of Australia’s most used tools to ultimately deliver never before seen insights that are designed to help agents and PMs reach buyers and renters who can’t make a physical inspection and those living interstate and overseas.

“Sales agents and property managers using Vault CRM and Eagle will now be able to book a virtual tour directly from within the CRM they already use on a daily basis.”

Little Hinges Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer Mike York said, in the current property market, agents are constantly looking for the best ways to maximise buyer competition.

“In just over two years in the market, we’ve clearly established that virtual inspections are not just a trend.

“They are an evolution in property marketing that speaks to the growing consumer trend for instant digital access to property on demand, something that savvy sales agents and property managers are already enabling.

“It was important to us to partner with another industry leader who saw the potential of bringing insights to agents in a platform that they already use every day.

“This is just the first step, with a full integration of customer behaviour data and deep analytics soon to be released.

“We estimate that we’ve assisted with almost $3 billion worth of property transactions, and our partnership with Proptech Group Australia will open up virtual inspections to many more agents and property managers who want to step up their marketing with customer data and insights.

“With the introduction of enriched vendor reporting, call to action integrations, instant offer capabilities and the ability for agents and PMs to clearly demonstrate ROI, this partnership will provide next level support for agents to win more listings and grow their rent roll.”

Mr Thomas said the integrations were “bigger than CRMs and virtual tours as individual tools”.

“This partnership and the integrations we’re rolling out will give agents the capacity to take their marketing to the next level, ultimately helping them to win listings and grow their rent roll.”
