Cunninghams has appointed three new Partners to its business, marking a significant milestone following a record year and continued expansion across Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Angie Donaghey, Anita Wildash and Sam Raso join the Cunninghams Partnership as the business builds momentum into its next phase of growth, bringing the total number of active Partners to 13 across three office locations.
The expanded partnership structure includes team members from Sales, Property Management and Operations, ensuring all Partners are invested in the success of the whole business, supporting continued growth and long-term stability.
Ms Donaghey is a highly respected leader within the business and a key driver of operational excellence. As Co-Head of Property Management, she oversees systems, processes and efficiencies across the department, supporting teams to deliver consistently high service.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and problem-solving mindset, Ms Donaghey has led major operational projects, including upgrades to landlord payment systems and the implementation of a new CRM platform, delivering smarter workflows and an improved customer experience.
Ms Wildash becomes a Partner following an outstanding career defined by performance, integrity and deep community connection. A highly respected Northern Beaches sales agent, she is known for her sharp negotiation skills, elite communication and ability to build trust with both buyers and sellers.
With extensive experience across premium homes, new builds and renovations, Ms Wildash brings a discerning eye to presentation and strategy, consistently achieving exceptional results. Her national and local accolades reflect both her performance and reputation within the industry.
Mr Raso joins the Partnership following more than 18 years at Cunninghams, with experience spanning sales, property management and marketing.
A Licensed Real Estate Agent, qualified Property Valuer and Bachelor of Business and Commerce graduate, Mr Raso is widely regarded for his quality advice, professionalism and tailored approach.
A trusted advisor to his clients, he is known for building long-term relationships and delivering strong outcomes through thoughtful strategy and genuine care.
