Led by Business Owner and Director Sunny Singh, the new group brings a distinct “people-first” philosophy to real estate.
With a professional background in social work and disability support services, Mr Singh is pivoting his extensive experience in human services to the property sector.
As a resident of the community the office serves, he aims to combine local connectivity with high-end service standards to create a trusted environment for buyers and sellers alike.
The new state-of-the-art premises have been designed to resource both staff and clients effectively, prioritising high-quality customer service.
The team will specialise in premium property sales, management, and development across Adelaide’s desirable suburbs, including Medindie, Gilberton, Walkerville, Prospect, Vale Park, Nailsworth, Thorngate, Medindie Gardens, and Collinswood.
The launch follows a rigorous nine-month planning phase between Mr Singh and Harcourts SA CEO Heather Edwards.
Mr Singh noted he was impressed by their shared values and Ms Edwards’ commitment to finding a sustainable, long-term solution for his business rather than simply pushing for the immediate commercial option. This alignment of values was a crucial factor in establishing the new office.
