Apollo Auctions has appointed Prash Nayar to lead its Western Australian operations as part of the company’s strategic expansion across the state.
Mr Nayar, Western Australia’s back-to-back REIWA Auctioneer of the Year (2024 & 2025), brings significant expertise and recognition to Apollo’s growing team.
The appointment marks a significant step in Apollo’s ongoing commitment to raising the standard of auctioneering across Australia and New Zealand, while further establishing a strong, consistent auction culture in Western Australia.
Greg Brydon, General Manager of Apollo Auctions Australasia, expressed enthusiasm about bringing such a respected professional into the organization.
“Prash isn’t just an award-winning auctioneer – he’s one of the most polished and respected auction professionals in Western Australia,” Mr Brydon said.
“His back-to-back REIWA titles demonstrate excellence not by chance, but by consistency. He brings presence, skill, and humility.”
“Western Australia is a strategic market for Apollo, and Prash is exactly the person to lead it.”
For Mr Nayar, the move represents an alignment of values and vision for the auction industry in Western Australia.
“Auctioneering is a craft – and it’s one you never stop refining,” Mr Nayar said.
“Apollo’s culture of collaboration and continuous improvement aligns with my values. We’re not just calling auctions; we’re elevating the auction process for agents, sellers, and buyers across WA.”
“I’m excited to help continue growing auction awareness and performance here.”
In his new role, Mr Nayar will work alongside agents and agencies across Perth and regional centres, providing services including in-room and on-site auction calling, auction campaign strategy and training, pre-auction buyer work, strategic vendor guidance, and agent education and performance development.
The appointment reinforces Apollo Auctions’ commitment to expanding its footprint in the Western Australian market while maintaining its reputation for excellence in the auctioneering profession.
