In a strategic move to enhance operations and support continued growth, leading Toowoomba real estate business, REMAX Success, has welcomed a powerhouse in Proptech, Amy Stevens, to its management team.
REMAX Success broker/owner, Katie Knight, said that the newly created role of Knowledge and Systems Manager is a vital part of the agency’s broader strategic plan, designed to support the direction of the business and maximise operational efficiency.
“We’re thrilled to have Amy on board. She brings an exceptional level of industry expertise, technical knowledge and support to the entire team,” said Katie.
Amy will lead the development of a dynamic company-wide Knowledge Hub, which aims to support the team across sales, property management and administration, while driving smarter systems, faster workflows, and streamlined tools across every area of business.
With a strong background as both a real estate professional and recognised leader in the Proptech space, Amy is set to empower the team with clarity, consistency and capability, enabling individuals to perform at their best.
Having begun her career in real estate at 17, Amy was leading one of the region’s largest real estate teams by the age of 20.
“Working in a leadership role in real estate, I wanted to understand how best to implement systems that could truly streamline and maximise business performance,” said Amy.
“I’ve always been good with numbers, and technology just seems to come naturally to me. It’s such a fascinating space, seeing where the future is heading and what it means to build automation into everyday business.”
Amy’s ability to understand, implement, and showcase the benefits of technology in real estate quickly gained recognition. She went on to a ten-year tenure with OurProperty, working with innovative agencies across the country.
Amy comes to REMAX Success from her role as Chief Customer Officer at OurProperty. Her talent for aligning business systems with a customer-first approach is expected to elevate REMAX Success to new heights.
“My goal is to really dive into how we are doing things now and explore how we can improve processes to work as efficiently as possible,” she said.
“REMAX Success already has a fantastic team in place, and I look forward to working closely with team to strengthen knowledge and support our delivery of exceptional service.”
Underlying her knowledge and drive, Amy poses the question of how to use technology to provide a better service.
“It would be remiss of me not to factor in AI and the role it will continue to play in our industry. But with rapid changes in tech, legislation and the industry overall, it’s critical we stay focused on what matters most – maintaining excellence in customer service.”
