The new office will be led by seasoned property professional Ben Radcliff, who also serves as Director and Principal of Belle Property Noosa, Belle Property Coolum, Belle Property Marcoola and Belle Property Escapes Coolum | Noosa | Marcoola.
With more than 25 years in the property industry, Ben has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic, personalised service across residential and holiday accommodation markets, bringing with it a deep local knowledge.
The new commercial arm will enable his team, which includes dedicated commercial sales agent Elisha Lockyer, to provide a complete property solution spanning residential, holiday rentals, and commercial sales and leasing.
Marking the perfect time to launch the new office, the Sunshine Coast’s commercial property market has seen sustained growth in recent years, supported by population migration and significant infrastructure investment.
Noosa’s market is diverse, with strong demand across retail, office, and industrial sectors, and the region’s location, vibrant economy, and lifestyle appeal make it an attractive destination for both local and interstate investors.
The Sunshine Coast Airport Priority Development Area (PDA), recently declared by the state government and now in effect, is expected to drive further growth and open up new commercial opportunities for the region.
