Sydney real estate veteran Fyonn Wolf has joined Laing+Simmons East Group to head up the team’s expanding property management division.
Mr Wolf brings nearly two decades of experience in residential and investment property management to his new role as Director, Head of Property Management.
His appointment comes at a strategic time for the business, which is experiencing growth and increased investor activity following recent interest rate cuts.

The team’s move to strengthen its property management division coincides with a spike in investor enquiry in the area, particularly following recent interest rate cuts.
“Eastern suburbs markets like Potts Point are among the most dense in the country, with a high proportion of investment-grade properties,” Mr Hamidi said.
“Following the rate cut earlier in the year we experienced an increase in investor activity and we’re already receiving an increase in enquiry in the days since the most recent cut, as investors seek to get ahead of the likely rise in prices.”
In his new role, Mr Wolf will oversee the East Group’s expanding property management portfolio, with a focus on enhancing client experience, maximising asset performance, and supporting the professional development of the property management team.
