Mr Cleary brings over 25 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, registered valuer, and property industry professional to the new venture, Elders Real Estate Living.
The office will provide personalised service with expertise across residential, rural and lifestyle, and commercial sectors, offering tailored strategies for clients whether buying or selling.
Mr Cleary is also the founder of Parks and Communities, a specialised real estate and advisory business focused on caravan parks, land lease sectors, and development sites. The sales division of this business is now being integrated into Elders Real Estate Living, while he continues to lead the advisory arm independently.
Living on a rural lifestyle property himself, Mr Cleary has a personal connection to the local community, complementing his professional insight.
