Savills has expanded the capability of its South Australian business with the appointment of Sam Alexander as Associate Director, Agency.
With over 10 years of experience across the South Australian real estate industry, Mr Alexander has been involved in major transactions in competitive commercial markets, including the successful sale of neighbourhood shopping centres, CBD and metropolitan offices, development sites, retail, fast food, childcare, and medical assets.
Throughout his career, Mr Alexander has transacted over $300 million in commercial property sales, including the Gawler Green Shopping Centre, Northern Mental Health Centre at Salisbury and EDGE Early Learning at Seaford Heights.
Mr Alexander joins Savills from Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL before that. Throughout his career, he has advised and represented a diverse client base spanning high-net-worth private investors, owner-occupiers, developers, syndicators, institutional owners, and local and state governments.
Additionally, as a Registered Auctioneer, Mr Alexander was named the 2018 Rising Star by the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers, recognising excellence for all young performers in the industry.
