Ayre Real Estate has joined forces with City Residential Property Surry Hills, assuming operations at the established agency’s Crown Street office.
The strategic acquisition unites two highly regarded agencies and extends Ayre Real Estate’s reach in Sydney’s key urban precincts, with the new office dedicated to servicing areas from Potts Point to Alexandria.
This move combines decades of experience, a shared client-first philosophy, and deep knowledge of the inner-city property market, with clients of both agencies expected to experience a seamless transition.
Adrian Wilson, Founder & Director of Ayre Real Estate, views the acquisition as a significant step in the company’s growth strategy.
