Laing+Simmons has strengthened its presence in one of Sydney’s most important growth corridors with the opening of Laing+Simmons Angel Group this week.
The new office is led by Principal Ashish Nanda, who runs the family business with partner Swapnil Nanda, and currently services the North Kellyville and Beaumont Hills markets.
The team has ambitious growth plans, including opening additional offices and recruiting new talent to support their expanding operation.
“With the support of Laing+Simmons, we have bold plans for growth including new locations and attracting talented people to serve our growing community,” Mr Nanda said.

Mr Nanda believes their growth as a family business will mirror that of the community they call home.
For Swapnil Nanda, the decision to transition their independent family business, formerly known as Angel Real Estate, to the Laing+Simmons brand was a strategic move to support their expansion goals.
