Former New York Mets star Yoenis Céspedes is selling his sprawling 400-acre ranch in St. Lucie County, Florida, complete with all the horsepower (literally) for a cool USD $30 million (approx. AUD $45 million).
Nicknamed “La Potencia II,” TC Palm reports the estate reflects Céspedes’ signature style: power, precision, and luxury.
Purchased in 2016 for nearly USD $15 million (approx. AUD $22.5 million), the custom-built compound features a 16,000-square-foot main residence with six bedrooms, a private barber shop, spa, heated pool, and a 12-stall horse stable.
Oh, and yes, there’s a professional-grade batting cage.
But the estate isn’t just a showpiece. It’s also the site of Céspedes’ now-infamous 2019 ankle injury involving a startled wild boar, a dramatic chapter in Mets folklore.
Listed by Corcoran Group agents Julian Johnston and Lina Agosto, the estate sits near Clover Park, the Mets’ spring training base, and is second only to Wayne Huizenga’s $39 million Palm City mansion in local luxury listings.
Céspedes, now retired with 165 home runs to his name, still plans to stay in the area, scouting homes between Vero Beach and Palm Beach.
