Maria Carlino National Head of Property Management at The Agency said Crystal has been promoted from Team Leader to the new management role in line with The Agency’s foundation of career progression and valuing team members.

The Agency Property Management Division has seen a number of appointments nationally with Alayne Meyer-Shaw taking on the role of Head of Property Management in Western Australia last month.
“Alayne is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering long-term value to landlords and tenants through streamlined operations and responsive service,” Ms Carlino said.
“Also taking on the role as Licensee, Alayne will oversee the WA Property Management Division which is growing by more than 30 properties each month.”
In Queensland, the Property Management Division promoted Zoe Clifford based at The Agency CQ in Rockhampton and Melody Ryan from The Agency Toowoomba as Team Leaders in May.
