As part of his continued trajectory, Mr Liu has rebranded his independent agency, BCF Real Estate, to REMAX Heritage in a strategic move he believes will support the next phase of his business.
As the rebrand to REMAX takes flight, Mr Liu, now the network’s newest broker-owner expressed excitement about the future and the opportunities that come with being part of a global real estate brand.
“I’m excited for the future of my business with the support of the REMAX network,” Mr Liu said.
With an extensive background in property sales and management rights, Mr Lui launched BCF Real Estate in Brisbane’s southern suburbs in 2022.
He quickly established a reputation as a serious operator in residential property management, while growing a dedicated sales division.
Now, backed by REMAX, he aims to scale his business ethically and sustainably.
“My business has grown rapidly, and my goal is to continue to develop and grow my team and the services in which we can offer our clients,” Mr Liu said.
