A piece of Hollywood history has officially landed on the market, with Gia Coppola’s childhood home in Los Angeles now listed for USD $2.25 million (roughly AUD $3.4 million).
As reported by NYPost, the Spanish Revival-style residence, built in 1922, was once owned by legendary director Francis Ford Coppola and has remained in the family for years—later home to Jacqui Getty and granddaughter Gia Coppola, now a director and winemaker in her own right.

Located in the historic enclave of Whitley Heights, and on the National Register of Historic Places, the three-bedroom, four-bathroom home spans approximately 1,930 square feet (179 sqm) and retains much of its original charm.
Features include hand-trowelled plaster walls, vintage tile, arched French doors, a red-tile roof, and ornate woodwork.

Outdoors, the property offers a private garden oasis complete with a dipping pool and a separate studio/guest suite in a converted garage, ideal for creatives or extended guests.
While steeped in history, the home also carries pop culture cachet: it has hosted A-listers including Demi Moore and Leonardo DiCaprio over the years.
