Having co-founded the real estate empire MPRE Group in 2000 and later serving as Harcourts Victoria CEO for an impressive five years, Brent has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead and innovate in the industry.
He currently resides as a Director and shareholder of the Harcourts Victoria group, solidifying his pivotal influence in shaping the local real estate market.
However, a life-altering brain and back injury temporarily brought his career to a halt.
Despite a daunting recovery ahead and a bleak outlook, Brent was encouraged by Mike Green, Executive Director of Harcourts International, to ease back into the industry through smaller contributions.
Now fully reintegrated, Brent’s passion for empowering Harcourts’ teams has led him to take on the role of Director of Growth.
His vision is clear—to help offices lay strong foundations and achieve long-term growth.
And you won’t find him sitting behind a desk.
Key to Brent’s approach is his commitment to remaining hands-on and accessible.
“I don’t have an office or a desk because I believe in being out there, visiting our teams directly,” Brent said.
“I’ve been there: I’ve run offices, motivated agents, dealt with financial stress, so I know how hard it can be for many business owners.”

Brent’s coaching style embodies his extensive experience and personable approach.
“I don’t go in pre-planned, download and dump, and walk away,” he said.
“Often, it’s about being someone they can bounce ideas off, someone to talk to, without the pressure of opinions.
