realestate.com.au has launched the first customer app that enables agents to track how their listings are performing anywhere, at any time, direct from their mobile device.ย
Ignite will enable agents to link their profiles so they can view active listings and track their campaign performance whilst on the go. Agents will also be able to view and respond to buyer enquiries on active and sold listings, as well as agent profile enquiries, all in one place.ย
The capabilities, which were previously only accessible to agents through desktop, put the power of realestate.com.au campaign reports and data directly into the hands of agents.
realestate.com.au National Sales Director โ Residential Ben Auchettl said Ignite will now be updated daily with the latest insights, where previously they were only updated weekly.
He said both primary and secondary agents will be able to see how many people the campaign has reached, how many people have viewed a property and how many enquiries it has received, to provide efficient and proactive service to their vendors.ย
โWe understand that agents are always on the go, so we designed Ignite to set our agents up for success, so they can stay up-to-date with how their campaigns are tracking and make efficiencies, no matter where they are, Mr Auchettl said.
โItโs the first time weโve been able to offer this much data to our customers on mobile. Weโre excited to continuing offering advantages to our customers as we continue to build the technology in the next six to twelve months.โ
In addition to the other new functions, up-to-date campaign reports can be shared directly with vendors, enabling greater transparency and efficiency.
As customers start to adopt the new app, Mr Auchettl said realestate.com.au is committed to growing the platform with new features to support agents even further with their campaigns such as reporting on sold listings.ย
