Second-generation LJ Hooker business owner Aaron Booth has embarked on the next chapter of his career, taking on the role of Business Development Manager with the network.
Mr Booth, an owner of LJ Hooker Forest Lake, auctioneer and son of the networkโs long-time Browns Plains principal Sharon Booth, first joined the brand in 2001 at LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills.
In his new capacity, he will be aiming to increase LJ Hookerโs footprint with a focus on the south-east Queensland market.
LJ Hooker Queensland State Director Stephen Mutton welcomed Mr Booth โ a life member of LJ Hookerโs prestigious Multi-Million Chapter Club โ to his new role.
โAaron has spent nearly two decades with LJ Hooker and, importantly, is a leader in the network with extensive experience in running his own business,โ said Mr Mutton.
โHe knows the essential steps and commitments required for a successful career in real estate, from starting out as a sales agent through to establishing an agency and winning market share. This breadth of experience enables Aaron to provide guidance to real estate professionals, irrespective of the point in their careers, to ensure their next move is the right one.
โWe believe south-east Queensland โ and the Greater Brisbane region, specifically โ is perfectly positioned for future growth, and Aaron will play an important role in LJ Hooker accommodating that long-term demand.โ
Mr Booth said he was excited to take on the influential growth role.
โIโve obviously introduced new real estate specialists to careers within LJ Hooker as the Principal of (LJ Hooker) Forest Lake. The chance to take the brand to new marketplaces around Queensland and introduce more real estate specialists to our culture is a rare opportunity and Iโm excited to join Steve and the team in this drive.โ
Mr Booth will remain an owner of LJ Hooker Forest Lake in his new role.
