Elite Agent Managing Editor Samantha McLean is a bit of a guru when it comes to all things ChatGPT and AI and, hot off the press, she has shared a trio of simple but highly effective prompts you can type into ‘the robot’ to boost your productivity, generate leads and save you money.

Prompt 1: Generate lead magnets
Samantha says a simple but highly effective marketing idea is to offer potential customers valuable information in exchange for their contact details, and one of the best ways to do this is with a lead magnet.
“To help with that, you can use ChatGPT to create a lead magnet, such as a home buyers guide,” Samantha says.
“Or if you’re stuck for specific ideas, you could ask, ‘Could you give me 10 lead magnet ideas for real estate agents’?”
Prompt 2: Market report template
As a real estate agent, you’re busy. We know that, which is why Samantha is big on using AI to not just make your job easier, but to make you more efficient and more valuable to your clients or potential clients.
“You might be wondering how to create these resources without investing significant time and effort,” Samantha says.
“One of my favourite prompts concerns market updates. I’ll ask ChatGPT to compose a template for a market report.
“Remember, the key is to provide useful information that your clients and potential clients can leverage to make informed decisions.”
Prompt 3: Pros and cons of sale methods
Another key area ChatGPT can help you save time and effort on is content, whether that’s for your website or an email newsletter.
So, why not ask the AI to write you a blog post on the pros and cons of sales methods such as private treaty, auction and EOI.
“You can then tailor the answer to suit your unique style and tone of voice,” Samantha says.
