Mr Henderson says the team posted both videos to their Facebook page at the same time, with a link to the website. They were both boosted for the same budget and timeframe, and the mobile video created more engagement online.
The team have proven with their renegade video style that it isn’t always the most polish which creates the best reaction. In the future they’ll be looking at more videos done #ousproperty style to boost engagement and get their listings in front of more eyes.
