Tyler, the Creator lists his Bel Air home at a loss

Rapper, Tyler, the Creator is so keen to offload his Bel Air home that he’s prepared to take a $1 million loss just to get rid of it.

According to The Dirt, the hip-hop artist is asking US$7 million for the estate he paid US$7.9 million for just 12 months ago.

The single-storey home boasts four bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms across 540 sq m of living space.

Inside there are travertine floors and walls of glass throughout that allow for amazing views across the city and mountains.

Some of the highlights of the home include a large living room with a fireplace, a home theatre that also doubles as a library as well as a home gym.

The chef’s kitchen comes with a travertine-topped island and top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

The property was originally built in 1965, with a number of renovations taking place in the 1990s, including the addition of a huge master suite that offers two walk-in closets, plenty of storage and a fully integrated home office

In total, the grounds take up roughly one acre and include plenty of grassy lawn, a fire-pit area, a built-in BBQ with a bar, an outdoor fireplace and an infinity-edged pool and spa.
