Rapper, Tyler, the Creator is so keen to offload his Bel Air home that heโs prepared to take a $1 million loss just to get rid of it.
According to The Dirt, the hip-hop artist is asking US$7 million for the estate he paid US$7.9 million for just 12 months ago.
The single-storey home boasts four bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms across 540 sq m of living space.
Inside there are travertine floors and walls of glass throughout that allow for amazing views across the city and mountains.
Some of the highlights of the home include a large living room with a fireplace, a home theatre that also doubles as a library as well as a home gym.
