Domain, a CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) online residential platform, has continued its momentum as Australia’s fastest growing property brand¹ by audience volume in 2026, delivering another record-strong quarter across its residential and commercial platforms, according to the latest IPSOS Iris March 2026 data.

Across Q1 2026, Domain’s residential platforms (domain.com.au and allhomes.com.au) reached an average of 8 million Australians². Engagement also strengthened, with Domain delivering its highest-ever quarterly visits, and double-digit growth across app audience and downloads.

Domain Q1 2026 Highlights:

  • 46.2 million average monthly visits, up 35% YoY – strongest quarter on record³
  • Average visits per person up 22% YoY⁴
  • Domain app audience of 1.2 million, up 25% YoY⁵
  • App downloads up 89% YoY⁶
  • Listing views up 28% YoY⁷

March data further highlighted Domain’s growing market impact, with 1.25 million Australians now engaging exclusively with the platform⁸, driven by continued investment in marketing and differentiated ‘Only on Domain’ product experiences.

Domain’s commercial platform (commercialrealestate.com.au) also delivered its strongest quarterly performance on record⁹, reaching an average of 1.2 million Australians¹⁰ and achieving 83% year-on-year growth¹¹.

Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Q1 2026 Highlights:

  • Average audience of 1.2 million Australians – strongest quarter on record¹²
  • Average exclusive audience of 0.7m, up 77% YoY – strongest quarter on record¹³
  • Audience growth of 83% YoY¹⁴
  • 2.5 million average monthly visits, up 96% YoY – strongest quarter on record¹⁵

The continued expansion of CRE’s audience and engagement highlights the platform’s ability to attract new, high-intent users and build scale rapidly, strengthening competition in the commercial property market.

Domain President Jason Pellegrino said since CoStar Group’s acquisition, we’ve seen more than seven months of sustained audience growth by volume, cementing our position as Australia’s fastest growing property brand.

“We’ve spent more time working closely with agents, embedded their feedback alongside global best practice into our product roadmap, and invested in the operational capability to roll out Matterport at scale as part of our long-term strategy to transform how homes are presented and explored online”.

“Our ongoing investment in marketing and differentiated product experiences is translating into growth in exclusive audiences, with buyers increasingly choosing Domain as the number one property platform during their search. That growth in frequency and engagement is driving greater competition on listings and stronger outcomes for agents and vendors.”

Mr Pellegrino said the results reflected a disciplined, long-term approach focused on transparency and performance.

“As part of CoStar Group, we continue to invest through the cycle in product, data, content, and marketing to build trusted and effective property marketplaces. Transparent performance and a more competitive environment ultimately leads to better outcomes for agents and their clients.”
