REMAX has opened another office in Perth’s southern suburbs, with former business development manager Fahim Kabir launching REMAX Proactive in Willetton.
Fahim moves into franchise ownership after working as business development manager at REMAX Extreme in Cannington.
He brings a decade of real estate experience across property management and sales, plus several years in new home construction.
“REMAX is a highly regarded brand in Perth with strong global recognition, providing a solid foundation and confidence when stepping into business ownership,” Fahim said.
Before 2024, Fahim managed both property management and sales divisions simultaneously – experience he says shaped his approach to client service.
“A decade in real estate, combined with several years involved in new home construction, has given me valuable perspective in how I support and guide my clients,” he said.
“For me, being able to provide practical, informed advice that not only assists clients today but also positions them well for the future is important.”
The move to ownership was driven by a desire for greater control over business direction.
“Having ownership over the processes, culture, and direction of the business was a major motivating factor as I continue building for long-term growth with the backing of a strong brand and network,” Fahim said.
REMAX Australia’s WA-based representative Simon Withers said Fahim’s progression reflects the calibre of professionals within the network.
