As we move toward the midpoint of 2026, the momentum building across the Harcourts network is becoming increasingly visible — not just in activity levels, but in expansion, recruitment, and the confidence we are seeing from business owners across the country.

Across Australia, Harcourts already has 38 offices set to open throughout 2026, making this one of the strongest growth years the network has experienced in recent times. Importantly, this growth is not happening by accident. It reflects a deliberate strategy focused on strengthening our presence in key markets, attracting ambitious leaders, and building long-term capability across the network.

New South Wales is a strong example of that momentum, with 10 new offices currently set to open this year. We are also continuing to increase our footprint across Sydney’s North Shore and Eastern Suburbs – areas where expectations around service, professionalism, and market expertise continue to rise.

What is increasingly clear is that the industry has entered a new phase. Growth today is no longer simply about size or visibility. The most successful businesses are looking for alignment: strong leadership, operational support, collaboration, innovation, and a network that genuinely helps people grow.

That is where Harcourts continues to differentiate itself.

We are seeing it in recruitment conversations with experienced operators looking for stronger connectivity and broader opportunities. We are seeing it in succession discussions as business owners plan the future of their agencies with greater intention. And we are seeing it in the calibre of leaders choosing to join the network as they position themselves for the next chapter of growth.

Importantly, every new office strengthens more than just our geographic reach. It strengthens the network itself. More offices create broader referral pathways, deeper expertise, stronger collaboration opportunities, and greater visibility for the Harcourts brand nationally.

That spirit of connection and shared momentum is also building toward HX 2026.

HX has always represented more than an event on the calendar. It is where the energy of the network becomes tangible — where relationships are strengthened, ideas are exchanged, and the future direction of the business begins to sharpen.

This year, HX arrives at an especially exciting time for Harcourts. There is genuine momentum across the network, and importantly, there is a shared sense of ambition about where we are heading next.

As we continue through 2026, our focus remains clear: not simply growing bigger, but growing smarter, stronger, and more connected.

Because sustainable growth is never built office by office in isolation.

It is built through the strength of the network around them.
