The 9,677-square-foot residence sits atop the Buxmead development on The Bishops Avenue – commonly known as “Billionaire’s Row” – in London’s Hampstead Heath neighbourhood.
Ariana, who played Glinda in the film adaptations, rented the property while shooting both Wicked and Wicked: For Good. According to House & Garden, the singer reportedly chose the location partly for its comprehensive on-site security.
The penthouse spans the entire third floor of the 20-apartment building and features five bedrooms and six bathrooms across two levels.
The main floor includes a 44-foot reception room, separate TV lounge, and a substantial kitchen, all with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a wraparound terrace with views over Kenwood Park.
