Tristian Kennedy cut his teeth at Ray White South Australia’s top office, Ray White Norwood, and has now moved into Ray White Grange’s leadership team.
Tristian will join Ray White Norwood, Paradise and Grange business owner Jason Spagnuolo, as a selling principal. In just six years, he has climbed the Ray White performance ladder and said he thrives on the competitive nature of the industry.
“I entered real estate because I am a people person and love being able to support my clients through often the biggest moments in their lives. It’s a competitive industry and that helps drive me to do my very best for them,” Tristian said.
“I was lucky enough to be mentored by Jason Spagnuolo from a young age and he has always helped get the best out of me. I’ve been able to develop my skills and know the best way to help my clients is to focus on the process and not get tied up in the emotion.
“The mentorship and leadership, not just at Ray White Norwood and Ray White Grange, but at Ray White as a group has allowed me to grow and progress. And it’s an inspiring story that Ray White is a fourth generation family business, which at its core is obsessed with continued improvement and growth.”
Jason said Tristian displays a number of qualities that he admires and it was a natural progression to elevate him to Ray White Grange’s leadership team.
“He’s disciplined and open minded to learn – that’s one of his biggest strengths. He’s continued to grow and evolve as a person and agent since he’s started with us and I couldn’t be prouder to see how he’s progressed,” Jason said.

Ray White Grange was the very first Ray White franchise to open in South Australia 30 years ago, with the former principals, John and Paula Berno handing over the leadership to Jason in 2021. Since then, Jason has implemented his winning processes into the Grange office, setting it up to be one of the leading businesses in the Ray White South Australian network.
