Pulse Property Agents is expanding beyond the Sutherland Shire, bringing the Liverpool and Campbelltown offices of One Agency CPG into the Pulse business and growing its team to 110 people.

The move extends Pulse into two of Sydney’s growth corridors. One Agency CPG will transition to the Pulse Property brand, continuing under the leadership of Simon Perri, who has run the Liverpool and Campbelltown operation to date.

For clients, the agencies say the transition keeps the same local staff and offices in place while adding Pulse’s systems, technology and marketing resources to the business.

Ben Pike, Managing Director of Pulse Property, said the expansion was about adding an established operation rather than building one from the ground up.

“What makes this particularly exciting is that we’re not starting from scratch. We’re welcoming an established team with strong local relationships, experience and knowledge, and bringing them into the Pulse business,” Ben said.

“Growing to 110 team members is a significant milestone for us, but more importantly, it’s about bringing together great people who share our ambition, standards and approach to client service.”

Simon Perri, Director of One Agency CPG, said the move allows the Liverpool and Campbelltown team to keep its existing offices and local presence while gaining access to a larger business’s resources.

“By becoming part of Pulse, we’re building on that foundation while keeping our existing offices, retaining our local presence and bringing together our market knowledge and relationships with the technology, systems, marketing and resources of a larger business,” Simon said.

“For our clients, it means continuing to work with the same familiar faces they know and trust, from the same local offices, while benefiting from enhanced technology, greater resources and an even stronger level of service.”

Pulse Property currently operates offices in Miranda, Sutherland and Cronulla.

“I’m excited to continue leading the business and to see what we can achieve together across Liverpool and Campbelltown,” Simon said.
