Traralgon the real winner as Eview Group continues growth

Gippsland’s largest city, Traralgon has welcomed a fresh new brand to the local marketplace, as the Regional Victorian arm of the Eview Group continues to expand throughout the state.

With over two decades of real estate experience within Traralgon and surrounding suburbs, the move sees Kerrie Ford unveil her self-titled brand, ‘Kerrie Ford Property‘.

Joining a line-up of established agents spanning a national level, Kerrie is thrilled to inject a vibrant new way of doing business into her home town.

“We are completely elated for Kerrie as she launches her new brand into the Traralgon marketplace, injecting a fiercely energetic and fresh style of real estate,” Eview Group’s CEO, Manos Findikakis said.

“It gives us such great joy to think an already established agent such as Kerrie, can identify the benefits of joining the Eview Group network, to continue her growth and evolution as an agent.

“The recent, accelerated reliance on digital communication and transactions has provided endless possibilities in strengthening our nation-wide focus on connection, training, and wide-spread serviceability.

“We are excited by these new digital advancements, ultimately reinforcing the relationship between our metro markets with our regional key property markets,” Mr Findikakis added.

Kerrie’s successful career within the real estate industry is proven by her widespread experience across all aspects of the field, coupled with her signature client-centric service.

Forging an initial path in the industry, Kerrie worked within a prosperous property management division, whilst fostering a love for the sales sector.

A pursuit of passion now cements Kerrie’s long-established and respected position within the Traralgon property market, where she delivers a wholistic approach to the sales process.

Now, Kerrie’s passion for delivering target-specific, modernised service, magnifies her opportunity to cultivate the entire process for her clients, driving her own enthusiasm and excitement for real estate.

“As someone who identifies with a strong and united family and community focus, it was Eview Group’s nurturing and encouraging qualities throughout the team, which resinated with me,” Kerrie explained.

“Listening to Manos and Maria describe their network model highlighted their passion to promote a positive, engaging and supportive environment for agents to learn and grow together.

“Not only this, Eview Group has provided the support, the administration and all the often-overlooked aspects of real estate to help supplement my success and opportunity.”

With an insatiable appetite for capturing the essence of humanity and connection throughout the entire process of selling, Kerrie centres her focus around the personal aspect of a client’s property transition.

Understanding each property transition involves all members of the household, it’s not uncommon for Kerrie to arrive at an appraisal with a handful of puppy treats for the fur-baby, or an activity pack for the kids.

“We are so thankful and very privileged to have connected with esteemed agent, Kerrie Ford, and believe we are the perfect vehicle to accelerate her career, enabling Kerrie the opportunity to achieve her desired successes,” Mr Findikakis said.

“Kerrie’s genuine and compassionate authenticity, coupled with her drive to continuously evolve, promote our company values and complement existing network members.”
