The two-part video campaign series, featuring REA customers, will land on social media on Thursday, posing a very direct question for potential candidates – do you believe you have what it takes to sell to the best of the best?
REA Group Chief Customer Officer, Kul Singh, said the talent market was as competitive as ever and a key objective of the campaign was to educate prospective talent about exactly what the REA sales experience looked like.
“We know our customers are some of the strongest sales professionals Australia has to offer, and with that comes high expectations,” Mr Singh said.
“Our new campaign aims to recruit outstanding sales professionals who can sell to the best in the business. The challenge might sound daunting, but it will be twice as rewarding.”
Mr Singh said the use of the familiar faces from the real estate industry in the campaign was another example of how REA is amplifying its customer focus.
