Harcourts International proudly recognised Tina Sander as the newest inductee into the Harcourts Hall of Fame at the HX 2026 International Awards Gala Dinner, celebrating her outstanding contribution to the organisation and the enduring impact she has had across the global Harcourts network.
One of the highest honours within Harcourts, Hall of Fame recognises individuals whose influence extends far beyond business success – those who shape culture, inspire others and embody the values that define the Harcourts brand.
A passionate leader, mentor and champion of people, Tina has been a driving force within Harcourts for almost two decades. From supporting offices and developing leaders across multiple countries to building a thriving business and culture in regional Queensland, she has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the Harcourts family.
Presenting the award, Harcourts Managing Director Mike Green said Tina’s contribution had left an indelible mark on the organisation.
“Tina represents everything that is special about Harcourts. She leads with heart, lifts those around her and gives endlessly to people and community. Her passion for our brand and her belief in others has impacted countless lives across our network. She is truly deserving of this recognition.”
The Hall of Fame induction was one of many memorable moments from HX 2026, which brought together Harcourts business owners, leaders and sales professionals from round the world for two days of learning, inspiration and celebration.
Opening the conference, Mike Green challenged delegates to embrace authenticity in both business and life, sharing the message that “being REAL is the new currency of success.”
Attendees were inspired by an exceptional line-up of keynote speakers, including Holly Ransom, who explored the evolving role of leadership and highlighted that while IQ and EQ remain important, AQ – Adaptability Quotient – may be the most critical capability for future success.
Australian Mars exploration candidate Dianne McGrath captivated the audience with insights from her pursuit of becoming one of the first humans to journey to Mars, sharing powerful lessons on resilience, preparation and navigating uncertainty.
Leading real estate professional Matt Lancashire reinforced the importance of reputation and relationships, reminding delegates that success is “not who you know, but who knows you.”
HX 2026 also marked the announcement of Orange Sky as the Harcourts Foundation’s newest charity partner, further strengthening Harcourts’ commitment to supporting vulnerable members of the community and creating meaningful social impact.
The conference culminated in the International Awards Gala Dinner, recognising excellence from across the global Harcourts network.
Among the evening’s major accolades, Nola Tully, from Harcourts Elite Agents in Australia was named Top International Individual Sales Consultant; Justin Nebrigic from Harcourts Blue Germiston) South Africa, Top International Client Experience; and Harcourts Cooper & Co Real Estate in New Zealand was Top International Franchises for Revenue, to highlight just three.
As HX 2026 drew to a close, Tina Sander’s Hall of Fame induction served as a fitting reminder that lasting success is measured not only by results, but by the people we inspire, the communities we support and the legacy we leave behind.
