Moreton Bay shake up as additional horsepower bolsters established agency

The Moreton Bay property market in Queensland is set to receive a further shake up, as one of Eview Group‘s most recent partnerships seeks out area dominance, committing to a secondary office to offset growth and propel serviceability.

It’s been a career-long dream of Acreage and Lifestyle Property’s director, Carolyn Drane, to create a full-service, innovative proposition, cultivating the region’s most talented specialists in their respective trade to assist clientele in successfully planning and maximising their selling potential.

Affectionately known as a ‘one stop property shop’, Acreage and Lifestyle Property’s Ningi office will provide a personal and nurturing space, without the high-pressure sales setting, for clients to explore all aspects of their property transition.

Known as a ‘recreational hub’, the Moreton Bay Region is dedicated to lifestyle living, and subsequently, most of the clientele have gone years between real estate dealings.

“It made sense to indulge our clientele with a specifically curated network of qualified, well-respected tradespeople and industry professionals, all operating under one roof,” Ms Drane explained.

“Having the ability to spread our wings, without having to expand our own size was a key component for us when scouting for partnerships.

“We’ve certainly found this with the Eview Group, believing their support across all aspects of business development and strategic growth has certainly contributed to further cementing our dominance, whilst enabling overall expansion of serviceability within our core area.”

The move into Ningi comes at an appropriate time, building on the team’s transcending momentum within the local community.

The office is expected to enhance exposure, further expanding Acreage and Lifestyle’s market-share, whilst cementing their serviceability between the highway and the island.

“We knew partnering with Carolyn and her team was going to generate an action-packed, energetic partnership, one jam-packed full of exciting business developments and a whirlwind of strategic spontaneity,” Queensland Eview Group Director, Joel Hood said.

“As a company, we couldn’t be happier to see Carolyn continue the expansion of Acreage and Lifestyle Property, broadening their reach to service sellers in the region.”

Acreage and Lifestyle Property’s Ningi office will run in conjunction with their existing Beachmere headquarters, bolstering their already established brand, and further emphasising their desire to provide a hyper-personal, and individually tailored service to their clientele.
