Robust Real Estate: Our first 100 days

Robust Real Estate Director Khan Robust looked into a number of real estate platforms before making the switch to the Agents’Agency, and 100 days into his journey with the national network, he says he hasn’t looked back.

On January 1 this year, his brand officially became part of the group, allowing Khan to tap into the recognition of his well-established name while also receiving a full array of back-of-house business support.

Located at Hope Island, Robust Real Estate services the burgeoning property market of Queensland’s northern Gold Coast.

The agency launched two years ago, and boasts a team of four, including a dedicated buyers’ concierge.

Its focus is on delivering exceptional service to clients and the Robust Real Estate’s stellar results speak for themselves.

In the past couple of years, they’ve set four suburb sales records and have established a name as a real estate brand with a true point of difference.

“We’re genuine and most people pick up on that,” Khan explains.

“We really interested in helping clients achieve their goals and we take the time to structure the best sales and marketing strategy for each property.

“But probably our biggest point of difference is having a dedicated buyers’ concierge, which allows us to actively match people with properties and often sees us sell them without the need for a full marketing campaign.”

Khan notes this unique approach was part of the reason he wanted to strike out on his own and launch his own brand.

But, with his focus on growing the business and looking after clients, he was keen to work with a network that supported and mentored him behind the scenes.

“I looked at a number of platforms and even joined one previously, but I liked the fact the Agents’Agency has a genuine feeling to it,” he says.

“Founders Manos and Maria Findikakis are genuinely interested in you and want to see you do well.”

Now, more than three months since making the switch, Khan says the reality of working with Agents’Agency has surpassed even his positive first impression.

“Right from inception, it’s all gone smoothly,” he states.

“If we’ve had questions, they’re happy to answer them. They’ve listened and adapted, and really worked with us.”

Khan notes the biggest difference has been the weight the Agents’Agency has lifted from his team’s shoulders in terms of back-of-house support including administration, training, mentoring, and marketing.

“It allows us to focus on what we do best,” he says.

With that support, Khan is now planning on taking his business to the next level with ongoing growth on the horizon.

“We want to become a household name in the suburbs we serve,” he says.

“We want to serve more clients at the highest level and help them achieve their goals.”

As for his advice to others considering whether the Agents’Agency is the business model for them, Khan says “definitely do it”.
