Ray White New Zealand have launched a new ad campaign called ‘A Name to Trust’, highlighting the company’s emphasis on better serving its customers.
New Zealand rugby coach Steve Hansen features as a brand ambassador for the campaign, while a companion video showcases the ways in which Ray White agents are encouraged to go the extra mile.
Mr Hansen has been a brand ambassador for Ray White since 2016 and explained his involvement, saying he believed the company genuinely want to improve themselves.
“They don’t want to just sell houses; they want to make the whole experience better for both the seller and the buyer.
“So it’s not just about the end result but the process, which is exactly how we’ve modelled our coaching and our team,” he said.
Commenting on the campaign, Ray White New Zealand Chief Executive Carey Smith expressed the company’s strong adherence to their values.
“To be a Ray White member is to be effective, reliable, honest and to faithfully represent our clients’ wishes. We put our name to that,” he said.
The ‘A Name to Trust’ campaign will be rolled out via social media, digital display ads, billboards, print, radio and cinema advertising.
