Ray White Marsden has defied the pitfalls of a pandemic to achieve record growth in the past 30 days.
The exciting service-focused south Brisbane office, led by principal Avi Khan, has experienced hypergrowth during COVID-19, securing more than 75 new properties under management within the period of a month.
โWe pride ourselves on our service and it’s great to see the team rewarded through landlordsโ referrals,โ Ray White Marsdenโs Head of Property Management, Rachael Curtis, said.
โWe have a 4.9 rating on Google with more than 350 satisfied clients. Over the last two months the industry has gone through immense change. We have been conducting inspections and routine inspections virtually.โ
Ms Curtis said Ray White Marsden had embraced opportunity during the COVID-19 period by recruiting two experienced property managers.
โI am proud of how our team has adjusted to the new operating environment. Instead of withdrawing, weโre expanding and exploring new business options and avenues.โ
Mr Khan said the growth of his property management business reflected the teamโs hard work, commitment and attitude.
โWeโve all worked tirelessly during this period for our landlords and have also exercised great empathy for our tenants who have been affected by COVID-19,โ Mr Khan said.
โOur team takes enormous pride in its work and the results show that.โ
Ray White Group CEO of Property Management, Emily Sim, said Ray White Marsdenโs performance was a highlight for Australasia’s leading real estate brand.
“This is a sensational result, the second highest in the country for our group in the period,โ Ms Sim said.
Ray White Queensland Property Management Executive Jessica King applauded Mr Khan and his staff on their efforts.
โThe team at Ray White Marsden has been committed to investing in their knowledge and understanding of the changes to Queensland legislation over the COVID-19 pandemic, and have done so by attending countless corporate training sessions over the past eight weeks,โ Ms King said.
โThis is the foundation for ensuring they are industry experts and in turn, means they can provide a higher level of education to investors and assist clients with making better investment decisions.”
Ray White Marsden has now qualified as a Ray White Elite Growth property management team for a second straight year.
Ray White Queensland CEO Tony Warland said it was always pleasing when property owners engaged the services and resources Ray White provided.
โAs everyone knows, the choice is vast so there is no greater compliment a business owner and his team can receive when the real estate community recognises the best place for their investment to be managed,โ he said.
โWe are very proud of Avi and the team because the best feedback we can get is from the behaviour of the real estate community when choosing their agent.”
Mr Khan said clients will always gravitate towards trusted operators and his team had demonstrated that they were a โsafe pair of handsโ in a volatile period for the industry.
โOur team has been updated with the latest information and legislative changes via daily Ray White corporate webinars,โ he said.
โThis has enabled us to be at the forefront of changes, constantly informing our landlords and tenants throughout the process.โ
Ray White has supported landlords for more than 100 years, becoming experts at maximising the return of our customersโ assets.
During this pandemic, Ray White is addressing the uncertainty with the launch of a Landlord Information webinar which is designed to instil confidence in asset management.
