Propps and First National partner up to streamline buying and selling

PropTech innovator Propps and the First National network have joined forces to make the Propps digital offer management platform available to First National agents and their customers everywhere, streamlining the property transaction process for everyone.

The Propps ‘Make an Offer’ system is a simple and intelligent way for agents to centralise offers in one place in a consistent format.

It smoothly integrates into an agent’s current workflow, CRM and website, saving hours of admin time each week, while delivering a consistent customer experience for buyers and vendors.

More than $5.5 billion in buyer offers have already been made through the Propps platform.

Propps Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Daniel Bignold, said the partnership with First National is a major coup as the Propps expansion agenda gathers further momentum.

“First National is a high-profile, proven quality operator with a reputation for innovation and we’re thrilled to call them a trusted partner,” Mr Bignold said.

“We exist to provide agents the tools to offer a better, more coherent and completely seamless experience for their buyer and vendor customers, and we look forward to First National agents everywhere having easy access to the digital offer management platform through this new partnership.

“The Make an Offer platform can now be set up on all First National agents’ websites in a few clicks, to guide buyers and facilitate offers direct from the online listing.

First National Chief Operating Officer Ed Atkinson said the 350-plus office network’s reputation for innovation and providing exceptional customer service made a partnership with Propps a logical move.

“We have established this partnership with Propps to empower First National agents with an integrated solution that will improve efficiencies to free up their time and most importantly, enable them to enhance the service they provide their vendors and buyers alike,” Mr Atkinson said.

“The way people buy property is changing, so to be able to offer buyers the choice of submitting an offer digitally whilst being guided through a simple but comprehensive process, with support along the way, is something that fits with our philosophy.

“First National has always differentiated itself through customer service. This new partnership complements our offering to make the process and experience of buying and selling property simple for agents, buyers and vendors.”
