Australian-listed proptech company Openn Negotiation has established a partnership agreement with the real estate agency Professionals Group Australia.
The Professionals are set to adopt Openn’s digital processes, uploading their listings and using the transparent platform to buy and sell properties for their clients.
Professionals Chief Executive Officer (CEO), David Crombie revealed they decided to move to Openn due to the pandemic’s impact on the industry and the subsequent property market boom.
โThe partnership comes after a substantial increase in activity within the property sector and follows a period where the industry has been forced to pivot the way it executes sales, given the restrictions imposed because of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Mr Crombie said.
Openn Negotiation Managing Director Peter Gibbons explained the platform aims to facilitate a “real-time, online negotiation process to achieve true, current market value for a property, through the creation of competitive price tension”.
