NGU targets Brisbane’s eastern suburbs with eighth office opening

NGU Real Estate is continuing its swift expansion with the launch of its eighth office, based in Brisbane’s bayside suburb of Capalaba.

Ben and Katreena Stanton have rebranded their Freedom Property and Get Rented Bayside businesses to form NGU Real Estate Capalaba.

“The NGU Real Estate model aligned with the direction we wanted to take with our company,” Mr Stanton said.

“NGU Real Estate has a creative and innovative approach which will take our work to the next level.”

Mr Stanton has worked in real estate for 17 years, predominantly selling property in the bayside region where he has resided for almost three decades.

“We want people to know that we are a hardworking team serving clients to make sure they get the best real estate transactions,” Mr Stanton said.

“We are refreshed, reinvigorated and all fired up. We really want to make the NGU Real Estate brand proud and I want to make CEO Emil Juresic proud as he saw something in us to allow us to join the NGU family, so we don’t want to disappoint.”

Mr Juresic is thrilled to open the eighth NGU Real Estate office within two years, suggesting the pattern of strong growth will continue in the second half of 2018.

“Eight is a lucky number in Chinese culture so I’m happy about that,” Mr Juresic said.

“For NGU Real Estate strategically, this is a great entry into the eastern suburbs of Brisbane.

“We have felt for a long time that there was a need to have an NGU Real Estate office in the bayside so it’s fantastic.”

The Stantons’ goals in the first 12 months of operating NGU Real Estate Capalaba include expanding their rental department and becoming a prominent fixture in the bayside area.
