NGU targets Brisbane’s eastern suburbs with eighth office opening

NGU Real Estate is continuing its swift expansion with the launch of its eighth office, based in Brisbaneโ€™s bayside suburb of Capalaba.

Ben and Katreena Stanton have rebranded their Freedom Property and Get Rented Bayside businesses to form NGU Real Estate Capalaba.

โ€œThe NGU Real Estate model aligned with the direction we wanted to take with our company,โ€ Mr Stanton said.

โ€œNGU Real Estate has a creative and innovative approach which will take our work to the next level.โ€

Mr Stanton has worked in real estate for 17 years, predominantly selling property in the bayside region where he has resided for almost three decades.

โ€œWe want people to know that we are a hardworking team serving clients to make sure they get the best real estate transactions,โ€ Mr Stanton said.

โ€œWe are refreshed, reinvigorated and all fired up. We really want to make the NGU Real Estate brand proud and I want to make CEO Emil Juresic proud as he saw something in us to allow us to join the NGU family, so we donโ€™t want to disappoint.โ€

Mr Juresic is thrilled to open the eighth NGU Real Estate office within two years, suggesting the pattern of strong growth will continue in the second half of 2018.

โ€œEight is a lucky number in Chinese culture so Iโ€™m happy about that,โ€ Mr Juresic said.

โ€œFor NGU Real Estate strategically, this is a great entry into the eastern suburbs of Brisbane.

โ€œWe have felt for a long time that there was a need to have an NGU Real Estate office in the bayside so itโ€™s fantastic.โ€

The Stantonsโ€™ goals in the first 12 months of operating NGU Real Estate Capalaba include expanding their rental department and becoming a prominent fixture in the bayside area.
