Raine & Horne and REA Group have today announced a landmark enterprise partnership bringing together Australia’s most established real estate brand, operating for 143 years, and the country’s leading digital property business.
The partnership is a defining moment for Raine & Horne in delivering on its strategy to accelerate the success of every franchise and its customers. Raine & Horne has worked closely with REA to develop a market-leading technology solution for core real estate operations, leveraging REA’s leading audience, agent workflow tools, and unparalleled data and insights.
From August, over 200 residential Raine & Horne offices across Australia will have access to a best-in-market rate for REA’s Pro subscription for agencies. As REA’s most premium subscription, Pro unlocks a suite of tools to drive exposure and accelerate growth for each agency and the network as a whole. It also provides access to PropTrack’s proprietary data to enhance prospecting, and delivers more seller leads, ultimately supporting winning listings.
This is coupled with a technology upgrade for Raine & Horne agencies powered by Realtair, REA’s premier agent workflow tool. Realtair, alongside Pro, will significantly enhance how agencies nurture and convert leads, and help drive customer satisfaction.
The partnership also packs a punch for the commercial real estate sector.
In 2026, the Raine & Horne Commercial network will have access to an industry-first proposal platform custom-built for commercial real estate. The platform will be deployed after an iterative development process led by Arealytics, Australia’s leading provider of nationwide commercial real estate data, and supported by Raine & Horne and REA.
The platform will ingest Arealytics’ deep property, ownership, sale, and leasing data, supporting tactical decision-making on typical commercial activity, including acquisitions, asset disposals, and leasing renewals.
Chris Nicholl, CEO of Raine & Horne Group, said this partnership marks a significant step forward in the Group’s strategy to accelerate the success of every Raine & Horne office and its customers.
“REA’s platform visibility, agent workflow tools, and market data insights could combine as key leverage for our office network to look after their customers and continually win business,” Chris said.

“I’m also delighted to get behind building a new technology edge for the commercial sector. The value of bringing together market transparency through commercial real estate data with a digital workflow that caters to the norms of the sector shouldn’t be underestimated.”
REA Group Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, Kul Singh, said that Raine & Horne’s technology-led approach makes them an ideal partner for this new agreement.
“REA’s insight into the property market is unmatched. An average of 12.9 million Australians visited realestate.com.au each month in the third quarter¹, and our rich and immersive experiences continue to deeply engage our audience. Couple this with our volume of listings, and we are uniquely positioned to deliver meaningful, data-driven insights with the most comprehensive view of the market,” Kul said.
“Raine & Horne has a long-standing heritage and clear focus on innovation. This partnership brings together two organisations aligned in their ambition to deliver stronger outcomes for agents and their customers. The seamless integration of our products and services will support driving the best results for the Raine & Horne network and their clients.”
