We Are Real Estate

Naomi Thomas: Keep going

It’s been a challenging but rewarding almost two decades in the industry for Professionals Avon Valley agent Naomi Thomas

On getting into real estate
When I left high school, I thought a little work experience would be better than leaving high school with no job – and I never looked back. Property management course completed first, purchased business in 2011, diploma in 2016, and now in the sales department.

The happiest moment in my career
Winning the most improved sales office with Professionals – amazing after a few challenging years.

The most memorable moment
A recent sale of three properties settling together. Subject sale with two and all three came together to settle on the same day. Challenging but rewarding!

Best advice she’s received
Don’t let anything stop you from achieving your goals. No matter how hard something is, keep going.

Biggest challenge
Definitely the amount of information out for buyers/sellers to access. It makes it hard to educate people with real facts when the online information is not all that accurate.

Change for good?
More resources for small businesses to help grow without the big price tag. Small businesses need the help to grow but can’t due to low funds. It would be good to have something to help you grow without outlaying lots of precious funds.
