Madonna lists her Hidden Hills mansion

Yet another celebrity is leaving the exclusive enclave of Hidden Hills in Los Angeles with Madonna listing her luxury estate for US$25.995 million.

Madonna purchased the 1165sq m, nine-bedroom and nine full and two half bathroom estate off The Weeknd for US$19.3 million only 12 months ago.

Despite adding a gym and dance/Pilates studio to the barn, the 2.91-acre property is still in the same condition as when she bought it.

According to The Dirt, the two-storey mansion, which was built in 2017, includes a double-height foyer, a great room, an indoor/outdoor bar shared with an outdoor living room, a formal dining room with fireplace and glass wine cellar, a double-island chef’s kitchen, home theatre and music lounge.

The main house boasts seven ensuite bedrooms, with a primary suite with dual closets, a steam shower and stone bath. While the guest house has two more bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Outside, the estate is surrounded by redwood trees and luxurious lawns, a rear motor court for accessing the garage, a 10-plus person spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a full-size basketball court.

Madonna still owns a 1114sq m, triple-wide townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, a 50-plus acre horse farm in the Hamptons, and an 18th Century Moorish Revival mansion near Lisbon, Portugal.
