Local duo open Ray White South Hurstville

A South Hurstville real estate team have opened their doors under the Ray White brand and are certain to build on their stellar reputation in their community.

Steven Beattie and Maurice Maroon, both co-principals of Ray White South Hurstville in the St George region, NSW, have gained an impressive reputation for selling premium waterfront properties with record-breaking results.

Both local boys have been working together for seven years. Mr Beattie believes the key to their success is leading a team with strong local knowledge and consistent results.

“We’re two 30-something principals who have spent their entire careers in Hurstville. We’ve been here a long time, and people associate our names with real estate,” Mr Beattie said.

“We sponsor the local football team, drink coffee in the local cafes, eat in the restaurants. We like to have a chat and say g’day to people as we walk down the street. People know us, and I think that’s really important.”
