Andrew Crauford appointed as Ray White NSW new Sydney Metro chief

After seeing exponential growth in 2016, Ray White NSW has announced that Andrew Crauford has assumed the position of CEO – Sydney Metro.

Mr Crauford’s new role will see him take charge of the southern, western and northern Sydney suburbs, outside of the inner-city markets, to ensure Ray White businesses are operating at their optimum.

“I’ve got the utmost respect for the White family and Stephen Nell. To have the opportunity to work with them and assist in the performance and greater development of the business is tremendously exciting,” Mr Crauford said.

As existing CEO, Stephen Nell takes the helm as Chairman of Ray White NSW, Mr Crauford will be tasked with assisting Ray White franchisees in achieving a greater level of performance.

“We have a really strong network; our people are both skilled and ambitious. It’s my job to accommodate those business goals and enhance that talent through developing and implementing systems to support business growth,” he said.

Mr Crauford has enjoyed more than a decade as a successful sales performer and principal at Ray White Cherrybrook and West Pennant Hills. He will use his extensive experience working within the Sydney metro markets and as a former Ray White franchisee in his new leadership position.
