LJ Hooker will open its first Avnu Centre in Brisbane next month. The centre is powered by its industry-first platform that makes the buying and selling smarter and more transparent for consumers.
It also improves agent productivity, job satisfaction and mobile capability by automating many of the activities agents do, from listing through to settlement.
The first Avnu Centre was launched in Sydney’s blue chip Lower North Shore in late 2018, where it now has the highest market share in Australia’s most valuable suburb, Mosman.

LJ Hooker Avnu in Brisbane will kick off with a team featuring established top performers in Bulimba.
Roger Carr will become its dedicated sales leader on driving high performance with a team including Tanya Douglas, Mark Diamond and Isa Kural amongst others. Mr Carr was in the top one per cent of agents in Queensland, and the top three per cent internationally with Ray White.
Mr Carr said he was looking forward to a new adventure.
