Kristen Bell’s ‘Nobody Wants This’ home hits the market

A Mediterranean-style Los Angeles home featured prominently in the Netflix series "Nobody Wants This" has been listed for sale at US$3.55 million following a recent price reduction.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence spans nearly 3,776 square feet and includes numerous custom features.

The home was last purchased in 2021 for US$2.35 million before undergoing significant renovations by interior designer David Lucindo.

The property’s listing price represents a decrease from its initial January asking price of US$3.795 million.

Lucindo, who transformed the property before it became a Netflix set, described the home’s condition prior to renovation as a “can of worms” in desperate need of updating.

The property features imported Saltillo tile in the living room, which served as the podcast recording studio for the characters Joanne and her sister Morgan, played by Justine Lupe, in the Netflix series.

One of the home’s most impressive features is its grand staircase adorned with hand-painted tiles created by a local artisan.

The second floor includes an airy office space, bright bedrooms, and a bathroom with custom plastering.

The recently upgraded kitchen boasts a luxurious island and premium appliances, with French doors opening to the backyard.

The outdoor space includes an in-ground swimming pool and a separate guest house, adding to the property’s appeal.

The home’s Mediterranean architecture, combined with its modern upgrades and Hollywood connection, make it particularly appealing.
