For Brisbane couple Tony and Serah Ngo, launching their own real estate brand has been a long-held dream.
Now the pair have taken the plunge with the launch of T&S Residential.
It’s a move which will capitalise on the husband-and-wife team’s commitment to customer service, allowing them to run their business, their way, with the support of the Agents’Agency.
Tony explains he’s been in the industry for about six years after previously working in the banking sector, while Serah comes from a background in insurance but found a love for real estate a couple of years ago when she started working with Tony part-time.
Their collective experience gives them a unique perspective of what a great customer experience looks like and the important role real estate plays in financial wellbeing.
This people-first ethos is something they’re keen to bring to their new brand.
“We’ve always had a vision to bring a family touch and approach to the way real estate is done and hence we pursued the idea of establishing our own business,” Tony says.
“We felt if we did it ourselves, we could really provide a personalised experience where we pride ourselves on our customer service and innovative marketing.”
The couple’s new agency will launch in mid-July and will service the south-western Brisbane areas.
It’s a region which has enjoyed incredible capital growth and an increase in buyer demand in recent years, and it’s a community that Serah and Tony are proud to serve.
“We love that real estate is the opportunity to change the trajectory of someone’s life,” Serah explains.
“We don’t take that lightly and we’re committed to delivering the right result.”
The couple share two children and are also active in the local community due to their involvement in martial arts.
They apply that mental discipline to their approach to real estate, as agents who genuinely care and are committed to offering honest, open and transparent expertise.
“No-one will outwork us,” Tony reflects.
“For every client and property we represent we listen to what people want, have a strategic plan and provide communication at every stage of the buying and selling journey.”
As for why they opted to partner with the Agents’Agency, Tony says he conducted thorough research on a number of networks and felt the Agents’Agency was a natural fit.
“They’re growing, they have energy, and the training and support is incredible,” Tony says.

Tony explains the support of the Agents’Agency will allow T&S Residential to concentrate on offering stellar customer service.
“Because I come from a finance business, I know what it takes to start a business, but we didn’t want to be bogged down in admin,” he says.
“Instead, we wanted to concentrate on building a business and serving our clients.
“Real estate can also be a lonely business, so partnering with a national network of likeminded agents who we can bounce ideas off gives us the best of both worlds.”
